› Overview

Customily is the leading product-personalization platform for eCommerce — used by merchants on Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce to let shoppers customize products with live previews. I joined the integrations team in 2025.

› What I do

Designing and shipping the Customily ↔ Amazon Store integration — mapping Customily product templates and personalization rules onto Amazon listings, syncing variants, and handling the asynchronous quirks of SP-API.
Fixing feature gaps across the personalizer — small, sharp improvements to the editor UX, preview pipeline, and merchant-facing admin.
Triaging customer-reported bugs alongside support, owning the fix from repro to release.
Writing migrations and small backend services where the integration needs first-party data hooks.
