Buymed runs Thuocsi.vn — Southeast Asia's largest pharma B2B marketplace. I joined the Seller Center squad in 2022, was promoted to Lead in 2023, and ran the Partner Center squad until 2025.

› What I do

Led teams of 4–5 engineers across two squads (Seller Center, Partner Center). Owned resourcing, code review, mentorship, and quarterly planning with PMs and BAs.
Shipped voucher systems, in-app chatboxes, automated invoicing, and dynamic pricing — the seller-facing surface that backs every transaction.
Drove regional expansion to Thailand and Cambodia, adding multilingual support, new delivery methods, and country-specific seller flows.
Integrated third-party services — Jenfi for financing, Hilo, Google Analytics 4 — and built Power Automate workflows for back-office processes.
Mentored new joiners and onboarded business analysts to the engineering process.
