Overview

A food-delivery platform built at Codelynx for the Israeli market. Web for merchants, mobile for shoppers, real-time order tracking end-to-end.

The problem

A client needed a scalable food-delivery stack for a new market — with the usual demands (live tracking, payments, multi-restaurant catalog) and the wrinkle that traffic would be spiky and the team small.

What I built

  • Built a React + React Native frontend stack — merchant dashboard on web, customer app on mobile.
  • Designed the AWS Serverless backend (Lambda + DynamoDB) for elastic order processing.
  • Integrated Stripe for payments and Mapbox for live order tracking.
  • Wrote Terraform for the whole pipeline so the team could spin staging environments on demand.
  • Integrated Google Analytics for behavior tracking and merchant-facing reports.

Outcomes

  • 30%
    Provisioning time saved via Terraform
  • 40%
    User-engagement tracking added through GA
  • 99.9%
Uptime held across the launch period
